Use this section to tell about yourself.: I am a real estate agent with 8 years experience and primarily a REO listing agent. The REO listing business has slowed down and I'm looking at expired listings to keep up the revenue stream. I like Tutas's expired letter and his belief that you send to everyone without culling some out. Also, his single letter makes the method affordable, rather than sending dozens of letters and postcards to the same person over a short period of time. Lastly, his suggestion that you do it for a year makes sense.
